How to Update Your TNPSC OTR Profile, Photo & Signature

Your OTR profile follows you for five years, but photos age out and details change. Update it deliberately, between applications, not in a deadline panic.

  1. Step 1
    Log in and open profile edit
    Updates happen inside your OTR dashboard. Some fields are freely editable; identity fields may require documentation or an open correction window.
  2. Step 2
    Refresh photo and signature when stale
    The photo must remain recent (within 3 months at application). Prepare replacements at the exact spec before opening the edit screen.
  3. Step 3
    Keep education records current
    Add newly completed qualifications with correct register numbers and medium of instruction, future PSTM claims depend on these entries.
  4. Step 4
    Never let profile and certificates diverge
    Name spelling, community and dates must match your originals. If a certificate changes (say a corrected community card), update OTR to match immediately.
