By accessing or using superprep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

3. Content and Purchases

• Purchased content (courses, test series) grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
• You may not share, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
• Content is provided by independent mentors. superprep acts as a marketplace platform.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

5. Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their content. superprep provides the platform but does not guarantee exam results or outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access or scrape content
• Attempting to circumvent any access controls or copy protected content
• Posting abusive or misleading reviews

7. Limitation of Liability

superprep is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for exam results, content accuracy by mentors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
