Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 25% of the purchased content (video lessons watched or tests attempted).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@superprep.io with your registered email address, purchase details, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.

3. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund amount will be the full purchase price.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Purchases where more than 25% of content has been accessed
• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Free content or promotional offers
