Communal Rotation
The 200-point roster Tamil Nadu uses to distribute vacancies across categories (GT, BC, BCM, MBC/DNC, SC, SCA, ST) in a fixed repeating order.
Each roster position is earmarked for a category, which is why identical marks can produce different outcomes in different categories. Reservations for women, PSTM and PwBD apply within this roster.
