Non-Interview Post
A post filled purely on written marks plus certificate verification, all of Group 2A and Group 4. No oral test stage.
For these posts the written examination is the entire competition: marks decide rank, and rank plus preferences decide allotment. Group 2A candidates skip the oral test that Group 2 interview-post candidates face, moving straight to certificate verification and counselling. Answer-key challenges and single-mark differences matter more here, since there is no later stage to recover ground.
